Initial Consultation

Our free 15-minute consultation call gives you a chance to share what you’re looking for in therapy and clarify questions about the process.

Schedule

We offer flexible options for scheduling day and evening appointments, both virtual and in-person.

Treatment

At the start of therapy, you and your therapist will set goals for treatment and talk about what sessions will look like moving forward.
